Asbury Park Zombie Walk 2011

Zombie Apocalypse in NJ!!!! Annual Asbury Park Zombie Walk where thousands of zombie descend on Boss land. It was amazing how creative people can get and great to see the kids get so into it. Great day of zombie watching plus panels with the cast and filmmakers of the original zombie film NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD and it's sequel DAWN OF THE DEAD. I look forward to this event every year. My favorite event to take pictures.

Cast from the George Romero classic NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. L-R: Jiduth Ridley ("Judy"), Kyra Schon ("Karen"...little girl in the basement), John Russo (co-writer and producer) and Russ Streiner ("Johnny")

Original zombies from the George Romero film DAWN OF THE DEAD (1978) L-R: Nurse zombie, Helicopter Zombie, Machette Zombie, Grey Suit Zombie

Asbury Park, NJ: October 2011

Halloween was all over Asbury Park

Silverball Pinball Museum Hall of Fame

My dear friends Carolyn and Beth held their pre-wedding night party at the Silverball Pinball Museum Hall of Fame in Asbury Park. I know I should have been taking pictures of the festivities, but I was so drawn to the classic pinball machines. So here are the photos.

I had the honor of being asked to read as part of the wedding ceremony the next day. You can read the poem I wrote for these two special friends and read at the wedding on my other blog by clicking here.
